Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are skilled at identifying customer needs and are passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions for deepening customer relationships. As a Mobile Associate, you will engage actively with customers, drive sales activity, and create exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions
recommend wireless solutions and onboarding processes
complete training on T-Mobile systems, promotions, and processes
perform store operations including opening and closing procedures
secure kiosk and assets
build relationships with customers and nearby teams
capture referrals and manage customer follow-ups

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
six months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
