Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building relationships with customers and selling device and service solutions. The position involves customer advocacy and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills
consistently learning about wireless and technology innovations
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States.
