Mobile Associates work as Retail Team members to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building excitement around products and services. They foster significant connections with customers, deepen relationships, and educate customers on device and service solutions while learning and preparing for the Mobile Expert role.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
selling personalized solutions beyond device and service plans
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, processes, and systems
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
