Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are ambassadors passionate about connected technology and thrive in fast-paced sales environments, building connections and loyalty with customers while learning and advancing their careers.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to actively demonstrate network coverage and service advantages
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Collecting business leads and resolving customer issues
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment knowledge
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
