Job Description:

Mobile Associates bring the T-Mobile brand to life as part of a Retail Team of Experts. They build relationships with customers, uncover needs, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is a learning role focused on developing skills and proficiency in preparation for advancing to a Mobile Expert position.

Job Responsibility:

Serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience
helping customers continue their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
exploring individual needs and providing demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to deliver personalized solutions
using digital tools to provide insights on coverage quality and T-Mobile products
completing T-Mobile training on systems and processes
establishing relationships across business and customer service channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and contributing to an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
