Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about sales, customer interactions, and technology innovations while building significant connections with customers. This position involves training, developing skills, and preparing for potential growth. Key responsibilities include serving customers, selling devices and services, using digital tools, and partnering across T-Mobile channels.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
provides a world-class customer experience and builds loyalty
explores individual needs and provides hands-on technology demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized device and service plan solutions
uses digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile coverage
establishes relationships across channels including business and customer service

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
