Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors of the T-Mobile brand, excelling in sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, meeting quality of sale metrics, and working in a high-traffic retail environment. They educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while continuously learning and improving skills.

Job Responsibility:

Engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
uses digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
identifies customer needs and recommends wireless solutions
completes training on T-Mobile experience and systems
performs opening and closing procedures
builds relationships with customers and nearby store leadership for support
manages Be Back processes and captures referrals

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
willingness to serve customers and resolve issues
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
