Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services while educating and recommending device and service solutions. This is a learning role, where associates proactively build skills and prepare for the next level as a Mobile Expert. Associates receive training and incentives during their first 90 days.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile network capabilities
completing training on in-store experience, skills, and processes
partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and create a seamless customer experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
