Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of the Retail Team of Experts at T-Mobile, building energy and excitement around products and services while providing a world-class customer experience. They focus on customer advocacy, personalized solutions, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the in-store experience. The role includes hands-on training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
partnering with colleagues across channels to collectively own the customer experience
successfully identify and handoff small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
