Job Description:

Mobile Associates are part of the T-Mobile Retail Team, responsible for engaging with customers in National Sales partner locations. They excel at building connections, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. The role includes sales performance, customer education, and maintaining quality metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
consistently leverages digital self-serve tools
identifies customer needs and recommends solutions
completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience
carries keys to the kiosk cabinets and secures assets
follows up with customers, captures referrals and builds relationships
performs price overrides for specialty offers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
