Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to represent the T-Mobile brand, focusing on customer needs, demonstrating products, and recommending personalized solutions in a fast-paced environment. They gain expertise in retail technology solutions, build customer relationships, and complete on-the-job training to advance to the Mobile Expert role. Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
consistently using digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate T-Mobile’s coverage and services
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, and processes
seeking out information about innovations in wireless and technology during shift hours
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues and improve experience
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
