Job Description:

Mobile Associate positions involve working in a retail environment to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building and deepening relationships with customers, and selling devices and services while providing an excellent customer experience. Associates are part of a team and continuously learn new skills to prepare for career advancement.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on skills, processes, and systems
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
