Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations through active customer engagement. They build deep relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions. They perform training, store operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while exceeding performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, products and processes
Partner with nearby store locations for proper onboarding of customers
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers while exceeding their expectations
Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience
Continuously learn and improve skills

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the T-Mobile store team
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
