Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement, educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and exceed sales goals.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
Complete training on products, processes, systems and continuously learn to improve skills
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
Partner with nearby teams to support the customer experience
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every customer interaction
Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and build relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be part of the T-Mobile store team, willing to work alongside peers and leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
