Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, use digital tools, provide solutions through selling techniques, complete training, and support the customer experience. They are passionate about technology and creating high-quality customer interactions while working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions centric to helping customers
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes
Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction
Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
