Job Description:

Mobile Associates are part of the Retail Team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales performance goals. They engage with customers in high-traffic environments, educate and recommend solutions, complete training, and build lasting customer relationships. Mobile Associates contribute to the T-Mobile brand and thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile solutions
Leverage self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding processes
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and products
Perform store operations such as opening and closing procedures
Build relationships with customers by following up and capturing referrals
Partner with nearby stores for customer onboarding
Build relationships with leadership and teams for enhanced customer support

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Customer Satisfaction - Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with customers
Team Building - Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Retail Sales - Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in sales
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
