Job Description:

Mobile Associates are part of the Retail Team responsible for engaging with customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile products and services. They excel in building relationships, meeting performance targets, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
completes training and knowledge updates
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
performs store operations, opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
