Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about technology and work to build significant connections with customers by actively recommending personalized solutions. This is a learning role requiring new employee training and progression to Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
becoming skilled in using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
consistently seeking out information between customers
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
