Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to represent the T-Mobile brand, build customer relationships, and recommend device and service solutions. This learning role prepares associates for advancement to the Mobile Expert level and includes training, incentive pay opportunities, and access to various benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
Making the most of time on shift, actively seeking information between customers
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
