Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, connecting with customers and delivering a world-class experience. This role is focused on building customer relationships, suggesting device and service solutions, and preparing associates for future career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off
exploring individual needs and hands-on demonstrations of technology
providing personalized solutions including devices, accessories, and IoT
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage
explaining T-Mobile plans and services
completing training and learning innovations
establishing relationships with employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States.
