Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are ambassadors responsible for active customer engagement in National Sales partner locations, educating customers to recommend T-Mobile solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers
uses digital tools
educates and demonstrates T-Mobile solutions
completes training to improve skills
builds and deepens customer relationships
partners with nearby store locations for onboarding
manages store operations and procedures
builds relationships with leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Customer Satisfaction - passionate advocate
Team Building - willingness to work alongside peers
Retail Sales - confidence in a sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
