Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services, immerse in customer relationships, and provide solutions based on personalized needs. The role is focused on learning, sales, and service expertise.

Job Responsibility:

helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools to actively demonstrate coverage and services
completing training on in-store experience, new skills and knowledge of resources
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
