Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors of the T-Mobile brand and responsible for bringing the company's offerings to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, identify needs, recommend solutions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Employees undergo training, build relationships, and grow in their careers.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
recommend wireless solutions and promote self-service tools
complete training, review personal results, and stay updated on promotions
partner with nearby store locations for onboarding customers
perform opening and closing procedures for kiosks
build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every customer interaction
follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes
perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
high school diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
