Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. They excel in sales, provide exceptional customer experiences, and deepen relationships with customers. They leverage digital tools for onboarding, perform store operations, and meet or exceed performance goals. This role includes extensive training, a collaborative team environment, and various benefits offered by T-Mobile to full- and part-time employees.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital self-service tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Complete training on the T-Mobile experience, products, and processes
Continuously improve skills to enhance the customer experience
Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
Build and deepen relationships with customers
Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
Support the customer experience from account setup to account servicing.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
