Job Description:

My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for an experienced electrical & mechanical maintenance engineer to join an established team in Cumbria. This role is full time permanent, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Travelling to your own dedicated sites
Acting as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance
Emergency light testing
Fire alarms
Lamp changes
Basic plumbing
Fabric work
Planned and preventative maintenance
Fault finding
Repair work
Carrying out a range of other mechanical tasks

Requirements:

F-Gas qualification
18th edition
HVAC Experience
Full Valid UK driver's license
Experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Awareness and knowledge of health & safety

Nice to have:

IOSH working safely qualification
Plumbing experience
Basic fabric skills
2391 testing inspection
