Job Description:

We are seeking a MRI Expert to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for handling property accounting tasks, including the use of MRI Software, CAM reconciliations, and the overall management of properties. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize MRI Software for various property accounting tasks
Manage and input leases and budgets effectively
Perform CAM reconciliations as part of the regular accounting process
Demonstrate a broad understanding of property setup procedures
Ensure accurate property management accounting practices are followed
Utilize property management software for efficient operations

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Property Accountant role or similar
Proficiency in using MRI Software
Expertise in Cam Reconciliation
Experience in Property Management Accounting
Familiarity and proficiency in using Property Management Software
