Job Description:

We are seeking a MuleSoft Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end projects. The role involves API-led connectivity solutions, hands-on MuleSoft development, SQL integration, and leading a team of developers. The job requires expertise in MuleSoft, Java, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and API security, as well as experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Job Responsibility:

Architect and design API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation
Design integration solutions interacting with backend systems like CRM, E-commerce, MF systems
Develop MuleSoft APIs ensuring proper data flow between system, process, and experience layers
Write Java code for custom components and extensions
Perform SQL development for database integrations, queries, and performance tuning
Guide a team of developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like front-end, back-end, and QA teams
Implement API policies such as OAuth 2.0, throttling, rate-limiting, and IP whitelisting
Conduct unit testing using MUnit and integration testing
Collaborate with testing teams to validate end-to-end workflows.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in IT
8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end projects
Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x preferred)
Strong knowledge of DataWeave, RAML, and MuleSoft connectors
Proficiency in Java for building custom components, integration logic, or microservices
Strong experience with SQL for querying, creating tables, optimizing queries, and performance tuning
Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, E-commerce, and Financial systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of API security (OAuth, JWT)
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have:

Experience with Postman or SOAPUI for API testing
Soft skills like problem-solving, analytical skills, leadership, and team management abilities
Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
