Job Description:

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth transition of legal documents from English to Vietnamese, Chinese, and Tagalog, and responsibilities include translation, complaint handling, and legal expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring no information is lost in the translation of legal documents in Vietnamese, Chinese, and Tagalog
Proficiently handling and responding to client complaints
Reviewing and verifying the intent of legal documents in their various translations
Managing the translation of a considerable volume of legal documents weekly
Ensuring the translated documents meet standard deadlines depending on their length
Maintaining a consistent review process for the translated documents
Providing expert language legal advice and guidance
Collaborating with the internal team.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid license to practice law in the US
Proficiency in ALL THREE LANGUAGES (Vietnamese, Chinese, and Tagalog) with a focus on legal terminology
Prior experience as an attorney, handling various legal cases
Familiarity with complaint handling and resolution procedures
Proven experience in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Tagalog translation, particularly in a legal context
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in all three languages listed
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
High ethical standards and detail-oriented integrity
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
