You will play a crucial role in managing and progressing various nationwide client portals and web-based systems, primarily for large key accounts within the UK.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating jobs to relevant branch locations and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Closing jobs and chasing necessary information
Uploading worksheets and maintaining updated records
Liaise with service administrators across offices to facilitate job progress
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration and/or coordination
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn
The ability to work independently and take initiative
A confident personality with good communication skills to foster a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
