Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in managing and progressing various nationwide client portals and web-based systems, primarily for large key accounts within the UK.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating jobs to relevant branch locations and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Closing jobs and chasing necessary information
  • Uploading worksheets and maintaining updated records
  • Liaise with service administrators across offices to facilitate job progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or coordination
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A confident personality with good communication skills to foster a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
