Job Description:

Robert Half is offering a permanent position for a Network Administrator in Addison, Texas. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and managing IT systems across all levels of management. Responsibilities include working with various technologies such as Cisco, Dell, Citrix, cloud systems, Active Directory, and firewalls. Job Responsibility:

Handle technical support queries via telephone and email
Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical issues
Perform installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting tasks for server, workstation, and connectivity issues
Manage and support user experience across all management levels
Provide regional support across point-to-point VPN
Manage VoIP and SIP endpoints
Handle additional IT-related tasks as required
Administer tasks related to Active Directory and Data Center VMs
Support on-premise SAN, NAS, Barracuda, HP 3PAR and related peripherals
Configure and support Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto firewall
Maintain and configure Windows user base and related portable devices
Work with Office 365 Tenant and Azure resources

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Solid understanding of Citrix Technologies
Expertise in Cloud Technologies
Familiarity with Dell Technologies
Experience in Firewall Technologies
Demonstrated knowledge in AB Testing
Proficiency in Active Directory
Expertise in Backup Technologies
Experience in Cluster Analysis
Knowledge in Computer Hardware
