Job Description:

A client is looking for an organized and proactive professional to manage, troubleshoot, and enhance their IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with solid technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and manage the organization’s computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity
Identify and resolve IT system issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining network availability
Regularly monitor network performance, ensuring optimal speed, security, and reliability
Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Conduct system audits and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks
Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and incidents
Work closely with IT personnel, vendors, and other departments to improve infrastructure and resolve technical challenges
Provide technical guidance and training to team members and end-users as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
3+ years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and security best practices
Proficiency with technologies such as Cisco, VMware, or Windows Server environments
Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
