Job Description:

We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our Construction/Contractor team in Sylmar, California. As a Network Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing both on-site and remote technical support, handling IT assets, and staying abreast with the latest industry practices.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support remotely or on-site to end-users across various job sites in California
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network
Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and network equipment
Facilitate the setup of new job sites, ensuring optimal network infrastructure and internet connectivity
Monitor system performance proactively to detect potential problems
Maintain meticulous documentation of IT assets and support activities
Work collaboratively with the IT team to implement IT policies and procedures
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices
Manage user onboarding for new job sites

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Network Administrator, preferably in the construction/contractor industry
Proficient in handling Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies
Demonstrated expertise in Citrix Technologies
Experience with Dell Technologies is a must
Proficient in managing Firewall Technologies
Strong knowledge of Active Directory
Experience in Backup Technologies is required
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
Proven skills in Configuration Management
Hands-on experience in Deployments
