Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled Network Administrator for a short term contract employment opportunity located in Streetsboro, Ohio. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing essential IT support, managing hardware set-up, and maintaining effective communication channels within our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the set-up and management of laptops and cell phones
Manage user accounts, including password resets and unlocking
Work independently, handling special projects as needed
Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring smooth operations
Utilize skills in Active Directory, O365, and Firewall Technologies
Handle configuration management and deployments
Use ticketing system skills, preferably with JIRA or Jira Service Management
Demonstrate competence with Microsoft Office 365 and Networking
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

Expertise in Firewall Technologies
Proficiency in Active Directory
Deep understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience with Configuration Management
Demonstrated ability to handle Deployments
Familiarity with Ticketing System
Experience with JIRA software
Knowledge of Jira Service Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Strong Networking skills
