Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Network Administrator based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. As a Network Administrator, you will be primarily engaged in Tier 2 support, overseeing DNS operations, ensuring cybersecurity, and managing Meraki networks and mobile device management (MDM) systems.

Job Responsibility:

Provide Tier 2 support to troubleshoot network issues
Administer and maintain DNS operations to ensure network efficiency
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the network and its data
Manage Meraki networks and dashboard for optimal network performance
Oversee JAMF MDM to effectively manage mobile devices within the network
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address network-related concerns and issues
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and foster a positive work environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Meraki technologies, including troubleshooting and configuration
Solid understanding of DNS, capable of resolving related issues and optimizing network performance
Extensive experience with Jamf Pro, able to leverage its functionalities for network management
Expertise in Mobile Device Management, with a focus on securing and maintaining mobile access to the network
