Network Administrator

• Ensure the stability and integrity of data, voice, video, and wireless network services
• Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all network hardware, software, and communication links

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent, with 6-8 years of experience in diverse technological roles
• 2-4 years of proven administration experience
• Proficiency in using next-generation firewalls
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux Server, Cisco Networking, Citrix XenApp, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VMWare, Hyper-V, Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration
• Practical knowledge in SAN management, VOIP, and networking protocols
• Experience in troubleshooting and offer solutions for a wide array of network technologies
• Deep understanding of network troubleshooting and critical thinking
• Outstanding organizational skills, with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable terms
• Creativity, project management skills and ability to work well within a team
• Capability to work independently with good judgment
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while staying level-headed
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Administration
• Proficiency in network administration tools including Barracuda Spam Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco ASA Firewall, and Cisco Firewall
• Experience with firewall administration and firewall configuration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Server 2019
• Familiarity with Linux security and Linux System Administration
• Comfortable working in a Windows Linux environment
• Experience with Cisco Networking
• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Citrix XenDesktop
• Familiarity with VMware, Vmware Infrastructure, and Hyper-V
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant certifications in Network Administration are preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the field
