As a Network Operations Senior Manager at CVS Health, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for overseeing pharmacy provider enrollment operations. You will focus on operational efficiency, team performance, and regulatory compliance, while driving excellence in customer service and process improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, coach, and mentor the team's operational performance and customer relationship-building skills
Align and set team performance standards and quality expectation goals to meet department and company objectives and goals
Monitor team and department performance by generating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports
Collaborate and coordinate communications with internal and external customers
Communicate effectively with all levels of management with timely escalation of any high-risk issues
Oversee and ensure departmental operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with department and company policies, procedures, and regulations
Support client relations as it pertains to pharmacy enrollment regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
Communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
7+ years professional work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management industry
7+ years professional work experience in pharmacy industry
5+ years of supervisory/management experience with required staff development and coaching experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot and improve/automate operational processes
Highly analytical thinker with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage in a rapidly changing environment
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and provide solutions to internal and external customers
Must be willing and able to travel to and work from the Scottsdale Arizona office as required with minimal notice (e.g., same day and for variable durations).
Nice to have:
Experience with pharmacy credentialing and enrollment processes
Understanding of SQL databases and querying skills
Familiarity with state and federal pharmacy credentialing legislation
Strong motivational and team leadership skills
Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management industry and healthcare claims
Familiarity with contracting
Project management experience.
