Job Description:

The Network Support Coordinator will work with a team to supply support to clinicians working in various states over the phone and via email. This role involves handling communications regarding schedule changes, clinician pay, technical troubleshooting, company policies, and more. Applicants must be able to multitask, adhere to attendance requirements, and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Telephone clinicians and members with cancellations or changes to existing schedules
Assist clinicians with additional directions and answer questions as needed
Work in multiple systems at the same time
Available to answer all calls assuring a 5% or less missed call rate
Generate and close Salesforce tickets for all requests
Maintain the team’s queue to ensure all tickets are addressed
Submit and assign Salesforce tickets to the proper external departments, when further assistance is needed for an issue
Scheduled weekend on a rotating basis
Adherence for required onsite attendance days (Dallas)
Provide great customer service both verbally and written

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of successful work experience with the organization is preferred
6 months call center experience
Experience with MS Office, Five9, and Google Office products
