Job Description:

This firm is a specialist in accident claims, providing comprehensive support to clients dealing with the aftermath of non-fault accidents. With expertise in public liability, road traffic accidents (RTA), and employer liability claims, they offer a seamless claims process to ensure clients receive the best possible outcome.

Job Responsibility:

Handling personal injury claims
representing clients in court
drafting legal documents
conducting hearings in the Sheriff Courts
advising clients

Requirements:

Admitted in Scotland as a Newly Qualified Solicitor
understanding of credit hire
experience in court litigation
knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
strong drafting skills
ability to conduct hearings in the Sheriff Courts
excellent communication skills
proactive, solution-focused approach
ability to work effectively within a commercial environment
