Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you'll help residents with daily routines, promote independence, and prioritize their health and happiness in a safe and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist residents with their daily routines
follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan
keep a close eye on residents’ health and communicate concerns
uphold dignity and respect for residents
encourage social interactions among residents and staff
maintain safe and comfortable living spaces
assist residents with eating and drinking
bring joy and make residents’ lives better.

Requirements:

SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant preferred
genuinely interested in caring for the elderly
committed to delivering excellent service
integrity
respect
strong sense of teamwork.
