Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our close-knit care team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. You’ll help them with their daily routines, promote independence, ensure their health and happiness, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist residents with their daily routines, from getting dressed to staying active
follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan
keep a close eye on residents’ health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager
uphold the dignity and respect of each resident
encourage social interactions among residents and with staff
work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking
bring joy to residents’ lives and make them smile every day.

Requirements:

SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
ideally, at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant
genuinely interested in caring for the elderly
committed to delivering excellent service
integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork.
