Job Description:

At Rubislaw Park Care Home, you’ll play a vital role helping residents achieve an excellent standard of care, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall health and happiness. Join a close-knit care team and make a positive impact on residents’ lives.

Job Responsibility:

Assist residents with their daily routines, from getting dressed to staying active
Follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan
Keep a close eye on residents’ health and communicate concerns
Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident
Encourage social interactions among residents and staff
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces with housekeepers
Assist residents with eating and drinking
Bring joy to residents’ lives and make them smile every day.

Requirements:

SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal
Genuine interest in caring for the elderly
Commitment to delivering excellent service
Integrity
Respect
Strong sense of teamwork.

What we offer:

£12.10 per hour
Contracted to 44 hours per week

5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract.
