Job Description:

At our home, you’ll be a key person responsible for helping us achieve an excellent standard of care to our residents, ensuring their overall health and happiness are prioritized every day.

Job Responsibility:

assist residents with their daily routines
follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan
keep a close eye on residents’ health and communicate concerns
uphold dignity and respect of each resident
encourage social interactions among residents and staff
maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
assist residents with eating and drinking
bring joy to residents’ lives and make them smile

Requirements:

SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant
genuinely interested in caring for the elderly
committed to delivering excellent service
bring integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork
