Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our close-knit care team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. You’ll help them with their daily routines, promote independence, and ensure their overall health and happiness are prioritized every day.

Job Responsibility:

Assist residents with their daily routines
support personalized care plans
monitor residents’ health and communicate concerns
uphold residents’ dignity and respect
encourage social interactions
maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
respond quickly to emergencies or call bells
assist residents with eating and drinking
spread joy to residents daily

Requirements:

SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal
passion for caring for the elderly
integrity, respect, and teamwork
