Job Description:

Leading and motivating the Operations team to achieve the sales, revenue growth and achieve targets of the organization. Lead Operations team in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and continuous improvements in plant. Lead the team on new production lines / plant. Execution of Cost Saving projects, which help the business growth. Execution of all the new programs as per dates committed to the customer. Plan regular visits to customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring the culture driven plant on Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement. Ensuring and delivering the Sales Plan Vs Production Plan actual matching. Capability studies & process optimization. Participate in review and approval of component designs, drawings and material selections.

Job Responsibility:

Overall plant management from Production, Quality, Maintenance, plant HR, inventory management, Cost saving initiatives to dispatches against schedules
Responsible for adherence to customer schedules and connect to customers
Responsible for achieving monthly production targets with targeted OEE
Responsible for QMS compliance, COQP, IATF/QMS Certification & compliance, Various customer audits compliances
