Nurse Practitioner - NP/PA

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning
• perform administrative duties like clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and collecting payments
• maintain a clean environment
• handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations
• discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients
• conduct diagnostic tests to treat injuries or illnesses
• coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain care plans
• encourage patients to participate in their own healthcare and well-being
• provide services including health screenings, wellness, and chronic condition management.

• A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required
• experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred
• active Family Nurse practitioner license in good standing
• provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning
• order and administer immunizations and injections
• evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education
• minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
• ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages (e.g., Spanish)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification including performing CPR and using an AED
• pass a FIT test and wear respirator mask when needed.
