Job Description:

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team in the heart of London Bridge. The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the office, maintaining office supplies, providing administrative support, and assisting with various office tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain office facilities and equipment, liaising with suppliers
  • Keep tabs on office supplies, replenishing when needed
  • Be the friendly face that greets and assists visitors, clients, and delivery personnel
  • Handle various administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
  • Assist with diary and event management, as well as travel coordination
  • Support the wider team with recruitment, HR, and IT tools
  • Ensure office safety checks and open/close procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator
  • Proficiency in IT tools and platforms such as Office365 and SharePoint
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
