The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the office, maintaining office supplies, providing administrative support, and assisting with various office tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain office facilities and equipment, liaising with suppliers
Keep tabs on office supplies, replenishing when needed
Be the friendly face that greets and assists visitors, clients, and delivery personnel
Handle various administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
Assist with diary and event management, as well as travel coordination
Support the wider team with recruitment, HR, and IT tools
Ensure office safety checks and open/close procedures are followed
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Administrator
