This role is essential in providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring that office operations run smoothly, and helping various departments stay efficient and productive. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Job Responsibility:
Managing office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and restocked as necessary
greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members
assisting with office correspondence, including emails, memos, and general communication
maintaining office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible
assisting with organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
supporting other departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and research
handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
ensuring office equipment and technology are functioning properly and coordinating maintenance as needed
assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
additional certifications in office administration or business preferred
at least 1-2 years of experience in an office support or administrative role
strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
excellent written and verbal communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment
ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
a positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
