Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the Detail Oriented Services industry, located in Seattle, Washington. As an Office Assistant, you will engage in various tasks ranging from maintaining office supplies, handling mail services, assisting with receptionist backup support, and managing hospitality and facilities tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Oversee the stocking, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee and snack stations
Ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings and events
Be responsible for the cleanliness of kitchen areas
Handle and complete copy/print jobs
Monitor and replenish office supplies
Provide backup support for the receptionist
Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services tools

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Banner Ads
Competence in various Computer Programs
Proficiency in CRM
Knowledge of About Time software
Ability to appropriately Answer and respond to inquiries
Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently
Experience in executing Clerical Duties

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Banner Ads
Knowledge of About Time software
