We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager. As an Office Manager, your main role will be to manage accounting staff, provide human resources assistance, and handle administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and supervising the accounting team to ensure smooth operations
Providing assistance in Human Resources tasks such as onboarding and conducting exit interviews
Conducting background checks as part of the company's hiring process
Assisting with payroll duties, including approval of timesheets and submission to the Payroll Manager
Taking charge of administrative needs such as ordering business cards and assigning uniforms
Providing backup and support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Writing and updating office procedures for efficient workflow
Facilitating communication and correspondence with staff, clients, vendors, and management
Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely and accurate payments
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Demonstrated ability in Office Administration
Strong understanding of general Office Functions
Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proficient in conducting Exit Interviews
Ability to perform Background Checks
Skill in managing Payroll
Knowledge in implementing Administrative Procedures
Experience in Vendor Management
