Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Part Time Office Manager in Boise to ensure the office and public areas are well-kept and functional, oversee inventory, coordinate supply orders, maintain conference rooms, and develop vendor relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the office and public areas are well-kept and functional by scheduling cleanings and equipment repairs
  • Oversee the inventory of kitchen, office, and studio supplies, communicating with staff about their needs
  • Coordinate the ordering, pick-up, and delivery of supplies
  • Ensure that conference rooms are always ready for use, with functioning equipment, cleanliness, and necessary supplies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, negotiating to secure cost-effective rates
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook to support administrative tasks
  • Proven experience in receptionist duties, including handling phone calls, managing appointments, and greeting visitors

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in an Administrative or office management position
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility for occasional extra hours as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
